LeBron James Goes Viral for Yelling at Bronny During Lakers Game

The Los Angeles Lakers are entering a tough stretch after losing their two leading scorers, Luka Doncic and Austin Reaves, to significant injuries over the weekend.

Both players are expected to miss the remainder of the regular season and, at the very least, the first round of the NBA playoffs, which begin later this month.

That means 41-year-old LeBron James, as he has done so many times in his career, will once again take center stage. He’ll have to lead a team that will need major contributions from others if it hopes to make any kind of postseason run.

One of those players could be second-year guard Bronny James, who saw extended minutes off the bench in Sunday night’s matchup against the Dallas Mavericks.

While he played well overall, a viral moment occurred when LeBron and Bronny shared the floor. Bronny had a pass to his father tipped out of bounds, which led to an annoyed reaction from LeBron, who wanted him to make the bounce pass instead of throwing it over the top.

Fans quickly reacted to the viral on-court moment between father and son.

“LeCoach in full effect,” one fan said.

Another added, “Was that really frustration or just LeBron in full coach mode trying to teach mid-game?”

Someone else wrote, “I hate it how LeBron tries to son his teammates all the time!!! Oh wait.”

“LeFrustrated,” one more fan commented.

Bronny is still finding his footing at the NBA level and hasn’t yet had an opportunity like the one emerging late in the season. With the Lakers needing strong guard play, he now has a chance to carve out a role. On Sunday, he finished with five points and one assist in eight minutes of action as the Lakers fell 134-128.
