On October 10th, the Lai Chau Provincial Federation of Labor (LĐLĐ) collaborated with the grassroots trade unions of three units and enterprises to organize a sports exchange program in 2026, as a practical way to celebrate Vietnamese Entrepreneurs' Day (October 13th) and Vietnamese Women's Day (October 20th).
